Training Testimonials

"I thoroughly enjoyed Kara's training. Her knowledge and expertise of ADHD was very apparent. From the beginning of the training, I could sense her passion for the subject, and her compassion for women and girls experiencing this was helpful to allow me to better imagine ways I might will engage with my clients. I believe this will help me with my advocacy work as well."

—Katie R., Therapist

"I really found this training interesting and beneficial to my practice. Kara is a great presenter and kept my attention. She engaged the group and provided fantastic resources for after the training as well."

—Emily Weisser, LPC, PMH-C

"Kara had a very warm and approachable presence throughout the training. I walked away with several resources and tools to help support my clients to feel empowered and heard in their perimenopause journey. I would highly recommend this training to anyone looking to broaden their knowledge about this stage of life."

"This training was full of valuable information that will benefit myself and my colleagues as we work in the perinatal realm and are hoping to expand our support to women in this particular season of their lives. I hope to continue to broaden my knowledge on peri/post menopause to not only help validate and support clients through mental health struggles associated with this life transition but also to help in validating the experience of people going through this in my own life. It's surprising that women aren't equipped earlier in life with more information to help prepare them for this transition, so I appreciate you sharing your knowledge and expertise to begin closing that gap."
